With this information, the clinician can provide an appropriate diagnosis, if warranted, and work with the patient and family (as appropriate) to set goals and develop a comprehensive plan for positive change.
Individual Therapy- (30, 45, 60 minute sessions)
Individual therapy is a process through which patients work one-on-one with one of our licensed mental health clinicians. Sessions are operated in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Individual sessions are used to explore feelings, beliefs, and behaviors; work through challenging situations; identify goals and implement objectives to attain goals; gain insight and awareness to struggles; and learn essential coping skills to live optimally. With children, play is utilized to assist the therapeutic conversation and engagement in therapeutic process. Skilled interventions are used during session to assist with therapeutic learning.

Group Therapy- (60 minute sessions)
Group therapy is a process through which a small group of people (generally six to ten) meet face-to- face with one of our licensed clinicians to address challenging issues common to the group. (i.e. adolescent depression, anxiety management, coping skills groups). Members share and explore their feelings and behaviors, gain better insight by hearing different points of view and coping strategies, and receive encouragement from others facing similar issues. Group therapy creates a powerful opportunity to share and learn from others in a safe and supportive environment while working towards healing and change.
